Book online or call (561) 515-1090. On the scheduling page, select “Book online” to see available visit types and times. In-office visits are by appointment; telehealth appointments are also available.

How do callbacks work?
Call (561) 515-1090 and leave scheduling details if we cannot answer. Calls received during office hours are returned the same operating day; after-hours messages are handled on the next operating day. Please do not leave detailed medical information.
What are your office hours?
Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Please call to confirm availability for your preferred time.
When do I pay my copay or self-pay fee?
Applicable copays and the full self-pay session fee are collected before your session begins, for both in-office and telehealth appointments. New York telehealth is currently cash-pay only. Online booking does not complete payment.
Do you accept my insurance?
For Florida services, see our insurance plan list, then call to confirm your exact plan and network before scheduling. New York telehealth services are currently cash-pay only. Humana participation begins November 1, 2026.
Do you offer telehealth services in New York?
Yes. New York telehealth is available for patients located in New York and is currently cash-pay (self-pay) only. Insurance acceptance is in progress, but no start date is confirmed.
What should I prepare for a first visit?
Ask the office about required paperwork and what to bring when you schedule. A current medication list and any questions you want to discuss can help you prepare.
